I ordered through this website (ClotheZen.com) On 19 Aug. 20, I liked their products when it was showing in Instragram. I placed order (Rs. 1996) for prepaid delivery, after placing order we got msg also, but till 5 days they didn’t deliver products and no shipping msg came. I tried to contact them through mail, but no response.
Then I found customer care no in Internet On 23rd Aug. 20. (contact no was +919832182782) , they are changing their no also , within a day.
I called and asked, when they will be deliver, if not please refund my amount for order no. #2508 (1996/-)
They told we are refunding your amount, please share your G-pay no, we will do. First 15 min, I continuously refusing it and I find no other option and told my G-pay no., but they hacked it and create for 1 day G-pay fake account and they did fraud with me for 19662 rupees.
I went local police station and also went Cyber crime branch, but nothing they did. Now this site not showing in internet also. I have all evidence against them.
