I Have ordered mixi in Amazon,after that it shown my order accepted and it will be delivered by 2-3 working days,then after a two days while iam tracking it shown like that it received to my near by home town and it will delivered by 10.am after that delivery boy called us for thrice but didn’t picked a call becoz of mobile in silence.. after that again we called back and while asking he said iam now in another place so today it’s not possible like that,and we asked it’s ok by tomorrow you can delivery it and he said yes .. but on that day it self in Amazon app it shown like its cancelled and resending to seller.. again we trying to delivary boy customer care didn’t picked a call and then we got call from customer care and they said you need product or what.. we said yes we need it.. they said by tomorrow you will receive it .by next day morning we are calling again they did not picked and again we called from another number they picked and said that sure we will delivery it but til eve 4.pm no response if we called also no proper answer they are cutting a call ,if whatsap the deatils and asked them also no response … It been worst response from Amazon .. we re not satisfied.. and didn’t cancelled anything but how without my permission can do it .
