i have ordered books from amazon on 17 mar 23 and committed to deliver between 7 Apr23 and 8 Apr23. It was dispatched on 17 mar 23 with tracking ID : RU376410635IN ( PROVIDED BY SELLER: PUSHTAK BHANDAR )
i have called the customer care to cancel the order as it is exceeding the time and my kids school has started and he needs books immediately. but customer care has denied to cancel the order and they are unable to tell the location of the order and telling that this is from a third party. i called number of times i did not a positive response
they have rescheduled the delivery, I think this is not fair from the amazon side. i complaining so that no one face the same problem in future.
