I purchased microsoft surface pro laptop from flipcart in this month. Because of their limitted information i specifically enquire about that product and its accessories. At that time they replaid that the product include its surface pen and back cover. But when they delivered that doesnot include those pen and cover. I call and mailed then.. But they will not provide my full package. They said it was a mistake. If any one suggest what shold i do further
