I have been booked a phone one plus 9rt 5g mobile since on 29 june 2022 which promise date was 1 july 2022 , but they didn’t delivered it and they did delay it 4th July again I didn’t get it ,they did delay again 8 july and again 12 july.
I have already paid through emi credit card now they told me cancel the order and book a fresh order.
But the problem was the phone was out of stock at that time and now it available but price is higher and also I can’t cancel my order because my paid price has converted into emi. There is a cancelation fee too. Why I go through loss by the fault of logistics team , flipkart and other.
Many more times I have contacted to customer support flipkart and mailed him my issue to grievance officer, cs flipkart. They didn’t reply and only gave me a date for waiting my resolution.
This is a painic moment for me. This is a serious matter pls observe it .pls Give me a proper support .
