I placed an order with Moon Goddess Couture on July 31st, 2025, and I still have not received the product. I emailed them in July and received a response stating that it would take max 70 to 90 days. In December, I contacted them again by email to request a refund, but I have not received any response. They are also not answering my phone calls.
