I have ordered medicine on 18th Dec after confirming with 1mg customer care that medicine will deliver within 24-48hrs at my door. On 20th i again contacted with them over chat but didn’t find any proper resolution however in app it is updated that medicine will deliver between 20th to 22 Dec. But till 22th medicine is not delivered and after taking call with them they said we can’t deliver medicine at ur door, but u can collect medicines from their hub..so I denied this. now they asked for 1 more day..but I m totally disappointed and due to this my wife missed his medicine.. didn’t understand what I have to do now..as I have already paid while ordered..
