I ordered an product for my daughter from jio mart app on 26th Oct 2021 and the delivery was on 3rd Nov 2021 but no any delivery took place till today whereas yesterday I came to know that without attempting the delivery of product or without no any phone call or message how can my product gets returned this is unacceptable jio mart don’t have the rights to cancel the orders directly it’s the customer choice’ who wants his order or not this leads to bad service I have calling customer care number so many times but they are only saying that we have no any information or they just ignore customer this is not the way service they give to customer who are facing issues kindly resolve my problem and deliver my parcel again
