I have placed order of Rs1231 on 21st July in app I showed me that it was going to be delivered on 22th July till now 25th July 23 my order is not delivered every time I call nykaa they tell that we have escalated but no results in app it’s showing out for delivery but didn’t received any calls from currier boy for delivery the very next morning there’s update in app that I was not available that was fake comments by currier boy I don’t know what challenges they are facing to deliver my product very disappointing
