Please check through which courier thede fake items are being delivered by goshoppo.in.
I found they are using delhivery courier, & in tracking summary, it shows shippment collected from client location.
That means for shipping goods thru delivery courier, goshoppo must been registered with them, as client. Then catch hold of courier office for sending the fake item back and then ask their valid address & contact details. Then you can file complaint to police about association/involvement of courier partner with goshoppo.
Secondly also contact customer service of respective courier partners thru emails to escalate the matter to their senior levels of respective courier companies.
Also file Dispute Transaction with your respective Bank Credit or Debit Card for Recovering the Refund from Razorpay & Goshoppo.
