I booked one split ac make carrier aircon 1.2 ton inverter ac on 24th june and paid 30000/-rs through hdfc credit card and they promised me maximum date of delivery 29th june after that 29th june they send me a message out of delivery from their hub but till date they not delivered the ac and not refund my amount as conversation through chat and telephone they false committed many times for same day delivery but they not delivered they harassed me I am very depressed for the fraud pls help me
