This is to highlight an issue which has caused me a lot of mental harassment.
I ordered a mobile phone which was to be delivered by today eod.
The delivery boy did not even call me once, I called him at least 15 times,he disconnected the calls. In the afternoon, I only checked it on the website and did not even get an information at all. On the website. It says that the package can’t be delivered as the exchange item does not full fill the company’s requirement.
My point is – Until you come at the doorstep how can you mark this on the delivery status. This is just futile and so annoying.
I called on your customer care, spoke to a man named Arun. People just voice out the mugged up sentences and do not look at the the real customer need. I then happened to speak to a manager named Naveen. He was so helpless and asked me to wait for a message /email / call from a local service station.
Dear Amit, What kind of a harassment is this. The person first tells to wait for some time for a call back/message or an email, then when I told him this is not the resolution I am looking for and requested him to take it up as a complaint and call me back. He said if you wanna call back from me. Wait till 9 pm.
I explicitly told him, I was in a situation that I wanted to make this as a business phone and wanted this at every cost by Sunday night so that it is fully functional by Monday morning as I have deleted all apps and everything on older phone.
But these guys did not even hear me out.
what if I did not look at at the order status my own, I would not have been knowing also that this has happened .
