I had order a coat type jacket from paytm mall , on 26/10/2018 , and i had paid for that too at the time of order , the cost of jacket is 2512 rupees which was paid by me already .
The paytm mall given me the last expected date for delivery for 10/11/2018 .
But still its 18/11/2018 , and my product is not delivered to me , and they are not giving any kind of response and there customer care service is not working too .
At the tracking site , they are showing wrong details..
They just take the cost of jacket at the time of ordering.. And do not give my product for which i had paid
They just thinking that the customers are fools
They also dont refund my money and dont give the option for canceling the order..
The paytm mall is such like a robbers..
I need a justice.. Please help me and please stand by me
