Hello,
I have placed one order on Amazon. My prepaid order id is # 403-7890181-3474760. My product delivery date is 27th January 2022.
I have complained on the 27th for not delivering my product. They are giving me an update to wait 48 hours for more information or to deliver the product.
Now 48 hours is complete when I will ask again amazon says once again wait for 24 hours. When I checked with product tracking nothing was updated. When I ask him for an update, they don’t have any information about the delay of delivery.
On the tracking delivery report on 25th and 27th they update ” Delay delivery on customer request. ” but I have not requested anything for a delay. When I have asked Amazon for this update they are saying third party delivery companies are updating this details. but without informing how they can update on tracking this type of reason.
No one can help me on this issue. I am requesting that you please look into this immediately and take action against amazon delivery partner and amazon customer service centre because they are not given proper details and inform me to wait another time.
My humble request is please file a complaint against your delivery partner for updating wrong information on tracking.
Hope you understand my point and take further action on this issue.
