Sir,
I have paid an amount of Rs.16,340/- by scanning QR Code of Amazon UPI: 9885458620@apl on 03-09-2019 towards premium of policies of ICICI Prudential Insurance Company. The said amount was deducted in my account on the same day vide Bank Reference ID:924622572001 and paid to Indiaideas@icici. Due to not paying said amount to the Insurance Company, a message was displayed in the website that the transaction was failed. Till now, neither the amount credited to concerned Insurance company nor credited to my S.B.Account.
Hence, I request to kindly take action immediately
