I bought samsung M31S mobile 7 months ago.There were two problems with auto switch on&off and charging issue. There was hair crack on screen they suggested to change and said it is out of warranty I said ok. But charging problem was not a physical or liquid damage however they charged of it and said it will not cover under warranty and my phone issue is as usual.
Plz do the needful.
