I purchased a realme television a year ago with insurance 1499 rs /- of 3 yrs.. My realme television screen is damaged and raised the request to realme team but yet there is no resolution with respect to it. Whenever called, only false promises that it’ll get resolve but its almost 1.5 months still no solution.. they mentions that the stock is not there and will resolve as soon as possible.
Even their customer care no. usually dont answer the call..
