hello, I ordered products and they are not good, I would like to return them and order something else

Am comandat o rochie și am primit ceva ce nu se poate purta, este o marime pe care nu am solicitat-o, pot intra in ea 3 persoane ca mine. Calitatea este sub orice critica, nu valoreaza nimic aceasta rochie, este un plastic oribil ptr care am achitat suma de 150 lei. Doresc sa o returnez si sa imi primesc banii, cum procedez?
