Before Lockdown we had requested to convert this 9828585100 number from postpaid to prepaid But no action has been taken on this it has been more than 2 month but no issue has taken by airtel on this issue. At the Airtel store we were asked to submit the 999 postpaid bill first and then they Will convert sim from postpaid to prepaid on the day we have submitted the bill.
Despite being 2 months they did not convert postpaid to prepaid and sent a new bill.
