This is Sathish Kumar G from Salem, Tamil Nadu. I have been using Paytm for more than 5 years and still now. Recently I took Rs.4000 from Paytm post paid as a loan amount. But after few months I was getting calls from Paytm team to pay the amount back which I took as loan . They even said that I can raise a waiver option and I can pay just Rs.4100 and can close my account and even they said that to pay the amount through their Paytm app itself. I paid the amount of Rs.4100 on the date of November 12, 2022 at the time (8.31 pm) . Since it’s been three months they still did not close my Paytm account and still asking me to pay a amount which is higher than the amount which I took saying that they didn’t receive the amount which I paid . I have checked the Paytm app and Said them that I paid the loan amount and sent all the proof of payment but they are not accepting that I have paid . I have attached all the conversation done with the lady staff from their collection team about the waiver option she offered and I have also attached the loan amount paid through Paytm app. Please help me close the account since its affecting my credit score
