Dear Officials,
I’m a customer of Indiabulls Dhani since 2021 and I availed One Freedom Card from them I used few months and suddenly there service was stopped I don’t know why, I mailed them that I’m unable to use your services please close and delete my account, they respond yes we have settled your account. But they didn’t closed my account in my cibil report till now and only charging cards fees till now, I mailed them to stop this but they are solving my request only they are telling cancel from app but there app also not working it’s showing error and my cibil score is negatively affecting day by day, I hope you understand my problem and help me to solve this issue. Thank you
