I have not used the card since I have paid its dues fully still they have charged me with with subscription charges which was no where mentioned and when I tried to close the card they are saying that you have to pay the subscription charges but why should I pay when I have to used and when I called the customer service executive name ‘shrishti’ I spoke with her she didn’t have any knowledge about this don’t even know how to speak to a person asked to tranfer the call to any supervisor didn’t transferred also said no one’s available and kept on saying you have to pay the charges as if I have used the card . There is no where mentioned that I have to pay the subscription charges if I don’t use card so please wave of my charges and close the card for me.
