This is to bring to your kind notice that I ported my cell No 9869706904 from MTNL ( Mumbai) to Airtel .
I paid an among Rs 595/- to charge my account. The company has acknowledged the amount under Txn ID 2006111761433 on 11June 2020 around4:37PM that my account would be recharged.
But so far ( 20.06.2020) it has not been done .
By now several times I have requested them but nothing has been done . Solicit kind intervention.
