I have opted my channels as per the trai rules, in my set top box of Airtel digital tv company. But they have not put those channels which i opted. Instead other package is being continued without my permission. Your rule says that the facility should be provided from february 1, 2019. But i am not able to enjoy my channel selection. Take some strict action regarding them. They are not even picking our call and also not responding to our mail. Do something regarding this….MY Airtel DTH no 3007283555
