I bought scooty from Ola electric in March 22. It is showing some issues in breaking system since a long. We have already contacted telephonically at ola helpline for sound in rear wheel two three times. They told us there may be some dust in dish break system wash it with water pressure. We have washed it two three times. On first complaint my scooter showing meter reading 2754 km only. Service Van comes from ambala they checked ola and told us that nut of rear shoker was loose now it is ok. But next day the sound was as it is. Again we registered complaint. They come after a long time and now they are saying that disk and break shoe need to be replaced but these are not covered in Guarantee. We will take parta cost and service cost as well. Although my Ola Electric Scooter is covered in 3 years Guarantee. So how they can charge service charge for any breakdown in my vehicle. Now one day a break shoe comes out at the time of running of scooter with a sudden break and sound and scooter skid on the road. By God Grace we don’t get any injury.
As there is no service centre available nearby we are unable to getting scooty repaired. I want to take legal action against this company for their such irresponsible behaviour.
