Hi. I changed my channels on 31st of jan 2019 on the mytatasky app. I have screen shots from Tata sky app that my changes has been registered and my new price point. It’s is now 3rd Feb 2019. My previous channels are still going on and I am being charged accordingly. I have called multiple times for the last 3 days. No one calls back or the line is busy and I cannot get through.
It is unfair that Tata sky is troubling its customers like this. Is it my responsibility to keep calling to make sure the new channels are in effect when I have done my part?
