I have booked the flight from New Delhi to Glasgow for 2nd October using Makemytrip travel portal. Now the Flight got rescheduled 10 hours before actual time. The new time is not feasible for me travel as I have a connecting flight at London.
I got the confirmation from the Airline itself that they will provide the full refund but Make My Trip have to submit the request on my behalf.
But they have not submitted any request till now and are only making baseless excuses at the customer care number. Now since Yesterday their customer care portal is also down and I am help less.
