My name is Akansha Jay Parekh and I had requested on 26 Nov 2020 to cancel my Bajaj Rbl Supercard as I already have a titanium Rbl card, and I haven’t received any additional limit on the Supercard as promised hence I wish to cancel my card , On 26th Nov I spoke with Manoj Gupta and he gave me a request no 22977722 as per that request the card should get cancelled on 2 Dec 2020 but still it has not been cancelled
I called again on 28 Nov 2020 and spoke with Sai Teja and he told me that definately the card will get cancelled on 2 Dec but today when I called your contact center and spoke with a arrogant and rude guy named Akash Pillai he is telling that because I did not pick the call from rbl my card will not get cancelled , what stupidity is this and he was so rude on the call and when I asked him to transfer the call to his manager ,he is telling me that there is no manager on the floor and call after 5 pm , how is it possible that there is no manager on the floor and he was so rude he is telling that Manoj Gupta and Sai Teja are not part of customer care team , how can he say that ,is he the CEO of Rbl bank
I want my Supercard to be cancelled asap otherwise I will file a legal suit against rbl bank as you guys are not adhering to my request
