Text of Complaint by Abhay kumar Rai:

I ordered to purchase King size bed in October 2021. The product was scheduled to deliver on 15 Nov 2021. But the delivery got delayed by 2.5 month. The product was delivered on 02.02.2022. Due to so much delay delay I requested multiple times to cancel the product they still delivered product. After delivery I requested amazon to return the product multiple times and issue refund. But they are not adhering to request and telling product will not be returned as it is not defective.
