We had taken the membership of Jukaso journeys from Pune in the year 2016, where membership of 5 years were given ,now we wanted to book a hotel through Jukaso for coming saturday and Sunday , but no reply from them. Initially they asked the details of our membership,email,members etc. But now no response, in spite of sending so many queries through email. Their toll free number has never been working at all.The Jukaso team is putting us in a soup.
