Text of Complaint by Dipayan Mistry:

I wish to bring to your notice an unfair practice by Airtel related to a mobile data pack transaction. I attempted to recharge a ₹51 data pack, but the transaction failed multiple times due to Airtel’s system.

Within approximately 5 minutes, Airtel suddenly changed the same data pack value from ₹51 to ₹151 without any prior notice. Due to this abrupt change and repeated transaction failures, I was inconvenienced and effectively denied the option to recharge at the originally displayed price.

This appears to be misleading and unfair to consumers. I request the concerned authority to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action.
