Hello sir,
I had recharged with RS 92 for 6 gb data. But unfortunately I have not received any of the respective benifits. Also I have done 2 or 3 times on the same amount. But the case is same as today. When I talked to the customer service executive he informed me that this recharge amount have some issues and tried to refund me the amount on my main account instead of the data, which refused to take.
I am asking one question, what about my other recharges? Who is gonna pay for? And what about my time that you wasted? Why haven’t you informed earlier?
