Text of Complaint by Madhumay samal:

I am a bonafide customer of Airtel company since many years . i have Taken post paid family plan-999. As per that plan i have taken one new number in April/may 2021 for which they have charged extra money which i paid and told to stop that extra new number to their office at Bhubaneswar( Sahidnagar,In front of Ramadevi college,Odisha).Also i request to customer care toll free executive to close that number. Still now they have not closed that number since 2 months and i was charged extra money each month. So last week i have decided to pay all outstanding and will switch from Airtel. But still now they are not allowing portability
of my number and harassing intentionally saying different types of statement by different persons when approaching.
