I have Rs481 in my Airtel main balance and they are not allowing me to use that balance for recharge nor they are doing from their side, my money got stucked and not able to use services.If they don’t provide main balance option for recharge then why they are have option to top up recharge for main balance. Third class service from Airtel and doing fraud through it using system.
