I have no access to the internet on my phone for more than a week. I have contacted customer care at 121 and they couldn’t help so I even went to the offline customer care kiosk.
All my bills are paid up to date, have attached screenshot as proof.
Also, 121 customer care is not working and no one from airtel is even able to help or solve this issue.
Is it the kind of service they offer to someone who has been their customer for more than 3 years and postpaid customer for more than 3 years? This is intolerable!
