Hi,

I am currently using my two postpaid numbers on Airtel and have a broadband connection with Airtel.

I had several times raised complaints regarding network issues on the mobile numbers and the for Fiber connection upgrade.

Sofar nothing has happened. Whenever I called the customer care team their reaply was we will update in half an hour, one hour, please wait for 24 hours.

Now its been 3 days, nothing has happened. I had paid all my bills and unbilled amount as well. But still nothing is happening.

I want an immediate resolution.
