I had booked travel ticket from Thanjavur to Chennai on 5.5.2023 by YBM bus.
At 10 pm on 5.5.2023 the driver of the bus and office staff not allowed to board on bus. They told the reason for I was drunken mood. I am 62 years old retired. How they found I was consumed liqure. At night time due to age facter and diabetic patient they are not considered and refused . I want justification and refund the ticket amount with compensation. Please do the needful . Thank you
