Text of Complaint by Rafik Shaikh:

On 18th Dec my Air India Flight was booked from Dhaka-Kolkata-Mumbai.

I was travelling with my infant daughter she is less the 2 years old and as per government rule covid test is not mandatory for parents travelling with infant.

I have already applied to quarantine exception on Dec 15, 12:29 AM.

The airport staff was very rude not at all helpful and he directly declined me to allow boarding to flight the was staff was not at all updated with the travel rules.

I was also having covind test report but it was done from private hospital before test i have submitted all my travel documents.

I want complete refund for my ticket price including my all other expenses.

Passenger Name –

PNR – HMN51
Ticket Number – 0983763968309, 0983763968310

As per the SOP Indian were allowed to travel if parent with children less tha 12 years so no RTPCR test was mandatory.
