I had an appointment to meet your office at Panaji for getting a new connection. 4.30 pm. Reached at 4.28pm. Waited till 4.42. No que system even. Public as per their wish going in. Brought the appointment information notice to the staff. They were just ignorant about giving prior appointment.
Told me to wait.
If appointment was not given, there would have been no issue.
But this is very bad customer service.
Hence returned with out taking connection
