Our broadband service provider is Airtel. Their redressal service is very poor. The tecnician never turn up for rectifying the error for many days, even during this period when school and offices are operating from home and depending on network services fully. Calling customer care is also a huge torture. It takes minimum 15 mins to connect to a person after that we get to talk a human machine, who reply for all the issue same..that we are sorry we look into the matter and sove it earliest..and forget the same after keeping down the phone. Feel so frustrated…that how to tackle these type of ppl. Technicians also doesn’t pick the call or continuously keep disconnecting.
