I have been chatting with Tata Sky bpo falks about the non responding tata sky and they have been giving one or the other steps to follow. All this was useless as I had clearly mentioned that, the tata sky stopped catching signal after a windy and rainy atmosphere. Finally I begged them to at least log a service request and send the technician at my place. They did that and took my convenient date/time. I asked them to send the person as soon as possible. After that, I received 3-4 calls just to confirm the convenient time and they kept on taking my residential address. At the end, I called up their customer care center and mentioned all these issues. That guys said I am logging a complain for this behavior and said that I am going to receive some more calls about that complaint. After this also, neither have I received any call, nor have I received any technician to fix this issue. Today is the 4th day since the tata sky service is down and they are simply deducing money for each day. Highly unprofessional and negligent behavior from their end.
