Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Broadband Internet
The issue that I have experienced was: The connection was temporary deactivated from July to January but they keep harassing me through call to reactivate my broadband connection, 3 to 4 times daily.
I raised a request to reactivate my account and to sift my connection in same building on 16th of January and I recharge the account with 589 then 943 on 16th January. The service resumed on 20th January then they removed my access to my airtel broadband account and my internet service was stopped. I raised multiple complains to airtel to resume my service as there was balance left for around 70days at the time of disconnection. But they haven’t take any action till now. The customer care says the service will resume in 2 hours every time I call them but it’s been 7 days and no action is taken by them.
It occurred on: 26/01/2022
Either they refund the amount or resume the service.
