I have changed my network from vodafone to airtel last week for which i have paid 100rs.They said i will get 2 months free data pack if i change my network so i did. Also they said once i get the tower for the new sim card they will activate that 2 month plan. Yesterday i have informed them that i got signal so they said within few minutes we will activate it but they didn’t. Its been 24+ hrs but they didn’t activated it.I tried to contact the customer care but can’t,it keeps on saying to press certain numbers but nothing happend.
