Dear sir/ ma’am
This is a to inform that I paid 2498 Rupees on 30th July 2020 for activating a yearly package to Airtel. Transaction was successfully done along with confirmation messages from its side. One day later when my previous package expired I came to know the package which was for 365 days is not activated and it forced me to activate another monthly package. I mailed this issue right away to “wecare@airtelbank.com” and shared my personal yono sbi transaction history as proof but received the answer that “we can not fetch any details regarding this payment and you need to discuss with the respective bank”. Therefore I filed a complaint in SBI bank and finally got my answer as in the attachment below that the transaction has happened successfully from my side. Now I request you to take my case into account seriously and refund the amount which is paid and no service is activated for it. I can provide bank proof if needed.
