My credit card is deactivated for the last 3 months. I have submitted all the documents asked for KYC. I have mailed several times, and also called 100 times. No fruitful response from their side. Each time they ask for 3-4 days and then leave it as it is. I couldn’t do many important payments which cost me heavily. Also mailing several times and calling also affected me.
When they didn’t reactivate my card, I asked them to close my credit card services, which is also not happening.
