I saw a online airtel xtreme DTH for 3649 MRP for which was 3999. I paid and ordered online and after 10 days I received a box but not got activated. When I complaint to person who came to install, he said we received only 950 around and rest 2700 not received. So they not activated set top Box.
My concern is that it is not possible when I made single payment of Rs 3649, then how it is possible that airtel will receive only 950. So airtel is making fraud directly or with their local dealers.
