I have purchased mobile phone from flipkart the cost was 1418 and the product is not working properly now am trying to return the product for the refund but flipkart customer care is denying to agree and they are asking to speak with brand i have called brand but they not able to provide the resolution same i have informed to flipkart customer care again they asking me to contact brand to get job sheet number and brand customer care informed they cannot provide job sheet number to the Nokia 105 for the particular model am calling to these but they not providing any solution of my issue
