Text of Complaint by Cournal Singh Rajput:

The phone was delivered on 1st june 2022, since than I am complaining that the phone has network issues and I am not able to use it. I have called so many times and its been a week and I have not received any satisfactory response from amazon. Nor they are ready to return my money nor solving the issue. they have arranged technician twice but he is also not able to solve the problem and said the phone is defective, but the customer service is not accepting this and again and again say that technician has not uploaded the service report, but he has done it in front of me and i also have its screen recording as a proof to show that the matter still persists. So i request to return my money and file case against amazon to mentally harass me and wasting so much time and energy just to get any solution.
