The delivery guy from e kart Name Ankesh , Id # 100000111684 totally denied to accept the phone by telling some stupids conditions which ia not even mentioned in your policies.

The attached files are to shown the condition of my old phone.

I would say there are very minimal issues in the phone ,you can check the images and functional wise its absolutely working fine .

The delivery guy totally denied to accept my old as if the new phone was offered from e kart and not flipkart .

Please if you all are running this offer or the delivery guys who is talking which is not mentioned anywhere in your exchange polices .

I was even ready to pay of ₹1500 due to the issues the old phone old had .

They guy was like “hum phone nahi letey agar multiple issues hai toh”

Please explain me what is this?
There is nothing mentioned on your e commerce website or app.
There is a huge communication gap.

Please stop gaging the customers by throwing such fake offers .

I have lost interest buying a phone or anything from flipkart now.
And I carry a huge word of mouth which helps others customers not go with such absurd offers which is not even relevant.
