Hi Sir / Madam,
I’m Alagu Maheswari, as a Airtel Customer ( Airtel Number – 09385354606) for few years. My Sim network was not working and hence I reached Airtel Showroom (KK Nagar Branch, Madurai – Tamil Nadu) on 08.08.2022. They said reissue same number and asked ID Proof. At the time, I had E-aadhaar in my mobile. But Airtel represents want Original Aadhaar or Color Copy of Aadhaar even I was physically present in their showroom and they were not accepted it. Even I asked them to send Email also, but they were refused and told its not valid. I could asked Complaint form (Grievance) regarding this issue. They said went to call customer number – 121 and the showroom does not have any compliant from. Hence, I need a clarification, if E-aadhaar was not valid ? and Showrooms does not have Customer complaint form? . Kindly to do needful regarding the above problem.
